Thinking of using a brayer to apply ink to a Cuttlebug embossing?
I'm trying to find the best way to color the raised up part of embossing created with the Cuttlebug machine. I've tried rubbing a stamp pad on it, but that was too messy and ink got on the background too. I've resorted to coloring it by hand with a fine point marker, but I think if I could rub or roll the color onto the embossing, it would be more evenly covered. Have you used a brayer for this purpose? If so, which one is better... soft or hard rubber? Thanks!
I have used the brayer many times on a Cuttle bug folder and it works great! I think a darker color works better. Let me know how it works for you. Send a pic if you can. I would but out of town right now. Rose
