stamp/sticker on the back of an art print in german need help translating?
I bought an art print at a flea market. 1/110 artist's name begins with a Tip.....y. It's not legible by any means. Print is of rolling hills lined with houses and trees, mountains in the background,and also a church with a steeple. Print looks to be in the original frame. On the backing of the frame is a stamp. Looks exactly like this:

Vergold rei u. Einrahmung
from what I gathered with google and translating websites. I figured out who Eduard Muller was. I am assuming the rest is a location/street. And the last line says something about gold plated and framing.
I am really just trying to figure out what this is. For example: if this was something sold to tourists after the war.
Also written in pen on the backing is Li____er___o___r, Freiburg - Eb_et
The only thing I can make out for sure is the Freiburg. The hand writing is not too clear.
If anyone can offer any insight I would appreciate it.

The handwriting could be written in Sütterlin Letters: http://www.suetterlinschrift.de/Lese/Sutterlin0.htm. L can be a B, but the letters you gave are too poor to get it. Can you post a picture, please?
