Help with scrapbook organization?
In the PSB for example, do you have your stickers in some order...such as by season, holiday, etc...or do you just have them in size order (according to how they fit in the different sized sheets?
I am trying to figure out how get better organized. I buy things and then forget that I have them. Like, I have all my die cuts together, and all my brads together...and so forth, but I'm thinking maybe they should be separated in some other rational way...such as by holiday, season, etc....Does anyone have any good organizing system that they use?
I use the paper sticker binders and combine my die cuts and stickers together so I don't forget I have them. I sort them by floral, summer, beach, sea life, fall, trees, winter, baby, school - whatever I have a group them in sections and put a little repositionable sticker (post it tabs are great and can be changed easily) on the side to find them quicker. Sort of getting out of using stickers and die cuts, but if you can't find them, you forget to use them! I have several sizes of pocketed sheets in each section to accommodate each size stickers, but I do tend to keep the 12 inch border stickers together in the front of the binder. It gets a bit expensive buying all the pages but it's not bad if you use your coupons from JoAnn Fabrics, Crafts n Stuff or Michael's - they all accept each other's coupons.
