What digital camera would you recommend for a 13 year old?
My camera just recently broke , that i have had for years! It was a Kodak easy share, and i haven't had any problems with it!

I found this on Play.com ( A very reputable website ) as part of it's deals of the week section. It has all the features you demand (except for the waterproof), plus it is only £50 , roughly i guess $100.
It is a well know make (pentax) and had 14megapixel camera. Hope this helps
