So far I fine this system not very helpfull.?
Very few "Questions" can be answered in one shot, there are usually added questions, often after the initial question is answered. This system makes that dialog very difficult.
And so far I have never been able to get a clear "fix" for any problem I've had with Yahoo mail, and I have many better things to do than spend my days "tweaking" it. The few things I expect have all been around for many years now, and there is "NO" reason why they sould not be "EASY, INTUITIVE, and WORKING". Tires on cars are round rubber things that hold air, that mount to the car and make it roll. You can improve on the rubber, the wheel, and how it mounts. But you don't make the tire square. You don't mount it to the roof, etc.
Well that's what programmers do all the time, they just can let things that work, work. They have to change it's name, move it, make it do some thing else etc. And all I see happening is a generation off folks who's only Fun in life is trying to make their computers work. What Fun
Programmers are socially dysfunctional recluses who are told to do such and such so the distributor of the program can make more money on an "upgrade" which is not really upgrade anything. Take this box, move it over to the left, and it is called an upgrade. The have never heard of the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Programmers' logic is let's take something that works, break it so it is fixed (for us) and call it better so the morons will buy it.
